I’ve created SaaS products (Monkey Box, acquired by IT Glue), led marketing initiatives for public companies like N-able (NYSE: NABL), and guided customer success teams at high-growth startups (IT Glue, ScalePad). Earlier in my career, I built and ran a Managed Services business (Ook Enterprises), which I successfully sold to TELUS (TSE: T) in 2022.
